He dreamed of having a restaurant with authentic Spanish flavor in the United States of America, everything started in a neighborhood of Santo Domingo with the nickname of the town of pork rinds, taking little steps in the realization of his dream, he opened a small cafeteria that he called LA PEÑA HOREB, thinking of the provision of God to the People of Israel on Mount HOREB cited in EXODUS 17: 1-6
